I am a self-employed worker with a 17-year, multicultural and international experience in HR management within both the private and the non-profit sector. My experience with quality and accountability began with my work at International Medical Corps UK. As part of both the global recruitment team and the UK team, I ensured that IMC’s humanitarian programmes and the UK office were staffed with appropriate personnel. I was part of the team that created a Recruitment Guide aimed at improving the quality of the global recruitment processes. In April 2015, I joined the team of global external coaches working for the Start Network Talent Development Leadership Programs. More specifically, I have coached participants on the Oxfam Context Management and Leadership Programme run in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The learning objectives of the programme are aligned with the framework of the Core Humanitarian Competencies. I also conduct trainings on the development of coaching tools and coaching techniques for aid workers.
