The CHS Alliance is looking for their new Operations and Executive Administrator, a “service-oriented” person with strong organizational skills, who likes to deliver high quality admin support.
You will join a dynamic organisation influencing the sector towards greater accountability to people affected by crisis through the take up of Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS).
This role is part of the Operations Teams and an essential function for a smooth-running Secretariat.
What we expect from you
As the Operations and Executive Administrator, you will work under supervision of the Chief Operating Officer. Your tasks will be diverse, but your focus will be on Operations and Governance support, including meeting organization, travel arrangements, HR and IT administrative tasks, office management and executive support to the Senior Management Team.

Terms and Conditions
Location: Geneva
Time commitment: 80 to 100 % on an open-ended contract (with preference for 80%)
Salary: annual gross salary ranges from 71’083CHF to 81’237CHF, based on qualifications and experience
