Are you a strategic and hands-on professional with expertise in operations, finance, or HR? Are you motivated by the idea of strengthening internal systems to help a global team deliver more effectively for people affected by crisis?
CHS Alliance is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate essential organisational functions – from financial oversight and grant management, to HR processes, governance support, IT, and administration. This cross-cutting role is key to ensuring that our internal operations reflect the values of accountability, transparency, and integrity that underpin our work.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Director, support board committees, liaise with donors and auditors, and contribute to building a work environment that embodies the Core Humanitarian Standard.
