This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to CHS Alliance’s mission by managing information systems, ensuring accurate data governance, and fostering strong relationships with members and stakeholders.The Information Management and Stakeholder Relations Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the CHS Alliance team by:
    • Managing membership applications and records, including welcoming new members and coordinating inductions
    • Maintaining and analysing data within Salesforce and other CRM systems to ensure accuracy and generate actionable insights
    • Supporting key strategic initiatives, such as the Harmonised Reporting Scheme and the Misconduct Disclosure Scheme, by organising participant engagement, tracking, and reporting
    • Creating clear and compelling data visualisations and reports to support internal and external stakeholders

     

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent organisational and communication skills, and is passionate about improving collective accountability and efficiency in the humanitarian sector.
