CHS Alliance is looking for a dynamic facilitator to be our new Director of Programmes.
This senior leader will build synergies, support and motivate staff, seeing opportunities to build momentum to meet the goals of the organisation. It will be a challenging and rewarding role, joining a dynamic organisation with an important mandate: to influence the humanitarian sector towards greater accountability to people affected by crisis by improving accountability in organisations through the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS).
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strategic thinking, strong leadership and listening and innovation skills.
What we expect from you
As the Director of Programmes, you will facilitate a team of thematic experts and be part of the senior management team (SMT) of the Alliance, working closely with the Executive Director and other members of the SMT to achieve our mission.

Terms and Conditions
Location: London or Geneva
Time commitment: 80 – 100 % on an open-ended contract
Salary: We are currently going through a review of our remuneration framework. Current salary range for this position starts at 100’000CHF/£50’000 (gross annual).
Start Date: December 2021 or January 2022
