Our mission at the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation is to transform the way people help people. Through our free online learning programs, technology grants, and pro bono consulting, we build the capacity of nonprofit organizations and provide their employees, volunteers, and the communities they serve the opportunity to learn essential skills at no cost. One of the major challenges facing any organization is talent management—recruiting, training, and retaining the people who work to execute the organization’s mission. A challenge especially daunting for nonprofits, which rely heavily on restricted funding that too often fails to account for professional development. Cornerstone OnDemand established the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation so nonprofits would not have to choose between advancing their cause and developing their people. Since 2010, the Foundation partners with a broad range of nonprofits to develop their people and help them serve their communities more effectively

Our different programs enable nonprofits to scale their impact and nonprofit professionals to maximize their potential: Open Online Learning Programs: DisasterReady.org and NonprofitReady.org that offer over 1,000 free courses and certificate programs to disaster relief workers and nonprofit professionals. Pro Bono Corps: Mobilizing our colleagues to address critical talent management and operational challenges within nonprofits.
